Asset Management & Compliance
Lumensol’s Asset Management and Compliance consultancy services help our Clients create optimal asset management strategies and plans, and ensure that their assets are compliant with the latest legislation.
Our approach to asset management strategy planning is delivered in three phases:
- Review, and/or development of the Client’s asset management strategy
- Analysis of the asset data; including legislative requirements, condition & repairs history
- Development of maintenance programmes and investment plans.
The asset management and investment plans we develop can be to address:
- Legislative requirements, including gas & lift servicing, legionella, FRA and asbestos management
- Condition in line with current Decent Homes’ standards and to reduce ongoing repairs liabilities
- Decarbonisation strategies and plans, including capitalising on evolving technologies
- Day-to-day repair and maintenance requirements and service standards for Customers
- The needs of vulnerable Customers, including adaptations
- The organisation of programmes and services into packages for procurement, or self-delivery.
Our compliance consultants provide advice to transform our Client’s services so that they deliver top quartile performance, ensuring that the organisation meets the latest legislative requirements to keep their Customers safe.
