Dynamic Delivery Model
Lumensol has been exploring new ways of delivering the repairs service with our clients, to address challenges the sector faces in providing high quality services to residents.
The mission we have set is to find ways to address fundamental weaknesses in how we resource and schedule repairs, to offset the impact of macro-economic impacts and continuing people and skills shortages. These challenges have made our clients and their service providers jobs harder and harder, and we think change is necessary in order to deliver different results.
We are exploring a dynamic approach to resourcing and scheduling repairs to utilise evolutions in technology combined with innovative thinking to create a different way of delivering a repairs service, and we continue to explore its potential with our clients.
