We put the "Sol" in Lumensol last week with our sun-soaked summer team conference!
The Lumensol Summer Conference took place in the blazing sunshine last week, where we were excited to share the continued progress we've made and hear from a variety of our teams to celebrate our wins, and take a look at what comes next.
We heard updates from founders Dave Siddals and Mat Bishop, which included introductions for 12 new starters since our last company conference in Spring. They also spoke about upcoming community and charity initiatives which we're keen to share here when they're ready, and the growth of the business on the whole. We then heard updates on specific teams and client projects.
And in the afternoon, we got up to our usual team conference shenanigans, but not before enjoying a spot of fancy dress...
We tested our dexterity...

Our ability to...bounce balls into a container?
Okay, we're not too sure what this is testing now. But it turns out we're surprisingly competitive at Lumensol, as screw-stacking became a fiercly intense competitive challenge on the day as well!
After a fun afternoon in the sun, the team enjoyed a nice barcebue dinner to round out the conference.
